This calculator will provide representative incremental costs, including labor and materials, and savings that result if you upgrade your rehab project to include selected energy efficiency measures for your size building in your climate region. This calculator is generally more accurate for 5-50 unit buildings of five stories or less, and will not work for buildings above seven stories.
